Lake Harmony Inn

We have stayed here twice the past year (once in the summer and once in the winter). It is in the perfect location, the outdoor amenities are very thoughtful, and the rooms are comfortable. The walls are a little thin so you can hear your next door neighbors and the pillows could an upgrade. Overall, we've enjoyed our stays and always keep this in mind when we come to the Poconos!

What a cute and charming inn! Fantastic location and reasonably priced too! Booked for a last minute ski trip, beds were super comfy (plush). Loved the charm, decor and fantastic customer service (which is somewhat of a rarity in the industry today). One of our party left something in the room and it had to be picked up later. A+++ experience from start to finish

I loved the chill and friendly way of checking in. We had some issues with reaching each other on the phone, but the owner helped via Ring and came out to make sure we were completely settled. He made us feel welcome immediately. The location is just great! The lake is just right there, restaurants and diners as well. Jim Thorpe is just a short drive away. You have everything what you need, and all that while being in a very calm area. Rooms might be a bit small, but we have seen smaller. They could use a little love, but everything was clean, worked fine... All in all: 100proc recommended

Lovely location with very attentive service. Peaceful setting where you only pay for what you need. Check-in and Remote Desk via phone instead of fancy Front Desk is a little confusing for first time users, but the service is still top notch. They do a nice job of decorating. Lovely hanging flower pots, but caution for head bump if your taller than 5'. Grounds are well lit. Small rooms are simple but very clean and fresh. Light watercraft is available for a per-person fee for the day. Again, just call or text their number for the dock attendant to set you up. Gameroom, and yard games available for rain or shine fun. There are several grills and gazebos available for the do-it-yourself chefs. The 2 legendary Breakfast/Lunch places, and 2 Dinner restaurants are a 1-minute walk for medium or upper budgets. Parking is ample for those that need to drive. We found out that the peaceful time for us retirees was after Memorial Day and before school closes. The kid fun time is outside of that, as there's a lot of fun stuff for them to do. They have housing for every side need, from couple to multi-family big house. Just reserve early. We have decided to make this an annual thing, now that we are used to it.

I booked a house and the rooms here at the Lake Harmony Inn last year (April 2024) for my wedding and was very pleased! They were very accommodating with me reserving pretty last minute (1 month out) but it all turned out great. The house and suite were especially beautiful. I had my hair and makeup done at the suite by Melissa Brana Beauty (she did not charge extra to come on site) and the suite was a great spot for everyone to get ready!

Booked a last-minute Valentine’s getaway with my husband and found this little gem—it was perfect! The location is right on the lake (it was frozen, which actually made it even cooler). The rooms were clean and definitely on the smaller side, but super cute and cozy—just right for a weekend stay. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the Smart TV was a nice bonus since we could log into our own streaming services.The walls are a bit thin, but overall I’d still give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐. There are several cute restaurants within walking distance. We had dinner at Shenanigans—the food was great! Breakfast at Piggy’s Restaurant was adorable, and the food was delicious as well. Later, we grabbed dinner and drinks at Nick's Lake House, sat at the bar, and everything was amazing. We also went snow tubing at Boulder Creek Lodge, which is right next door—such a fun experience! It’s a great spot for a weekend getaway. We’ll definitely be back. The staff was friendly and very helpful, which made the stay even better.

My wife and I stayed in the Linda cottage. It was great. The big grass area right up to the lake access. We are older and watching the young people make memories. Very relaxing.

We had a very comfortable stay here. It has everything you need, and there is very nice access to the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great coffee! We are returning next year for certain. Restaurants are within walking distance. Easy drive distance to state parks.
